Can you recommend a recipe for my pet?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Send the species, age, weight and any medication or condition, and our nutrition desk will reply with a feeding plan and portion sizes.
Do you sell directly to pet owners?
Not at the moment. We sell through independent shops, groomers and clinics. Tell us your postcode and we will point you at the nearest stockist.
Something was wrong with a bag I bought.
Send us the lot code printed near the seal along with a photo. That code maps back to the batch, the day and the supplier, so we can tell you exactly what happened.
How quickly do you reply?
One working day for everything. Trade enquiries generally come back the same day with a price list attached.
